Silver Champagne
The champagne
gene combined with the silver [dapple] gene appears to have an
additive effect. The black pigment lightened by the champagne gene
is further effected by the silver dilution gene.

At left is a silver classic
champagne filly. In the absence of the champagne and silver
genes, she would be black. However, the champagne gene
lightens the black basecolor to chocolate, and then the silver
gene further lightens the basecolor.
